Comments: This week’s show goes back to a conversation Robert had with Dave Altman back in December. Dave got his start in Kew West, Florida back in the late 70s after deciding to head south to escape the winter. Will Soto, Alexi Lee, Tim Settimi and Magical Mystical Michael were all a part of Sunset Celebration scene in Mallory Square at the time and all had an influence on his style and career. Florida State University’s Flying High Circus Program also pops up in the conversation which leads to some great stories and characters. Climate, lifestyle and mentors all contributed to a career that’s spanned more than 30 years and continues on to this day.
